Split/Cotter pins for more than 2 decades and henceforth has

every effort to maintain. The Company is manufacturing the
Split/Cotter pins, using Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper and
Brass as per the demand.

We, the manufacturer of "Precise" Split-Pins, plain washers and
Spring Washer are proud to be associated with these small, but
vital fasteners and are serving different industries for two
decade, which includes the automobile industry, oil engine,
textile industries, electrical appliances, fans, weighing
machines, railways and many other Engineering Industries.
The raw materials used towards manufacturing of Split-Pins are
from high quality mild steel wires. We also manufacture Split-Pins
from Brass, Cooper, Bronze and Stainless Steel Wires.
Our plant is well equipped with full range of required
machineries being updated regularly and successfully run by highly
skilled and experienced man-power; as such our emphasis has always
been in maintaining quality and delivery schedule to the
satisfaction of our highly valued customers.
Precision Quality Assurance
Being a quality conscious organization, we have taken due steps
in this direction by incorporating a quality assurance division
into our unit. The division is manned by some of the most
experienced quality inspectors with years of experience in the
field. It is due to their vigilance and stringent quality checks,
that we have maintained our reputation in the market for our
products. For our Split Pins, we follow the specifications
enumerated by IS - 549 / 61, IS - 549 / 74 (Indian), BS - 574
(British), and DIN 94 (German). On the other hand, we manufacture
our Spring Washers as per BSS-1082, ISI 3063, ISI 6735, DIN 127,
and DIN 7980. The quality tests conducted by us are based on the
following parameters:
